Role Description

As a Crewing Officer at easyJet Airline Company PLC, you will be part of a fast-paced 24/7 operation ensuring flights are on schedule and the operation runs smoothly.

You will manage rosters from day of operation to three days out using the AIMS system, liaising with crew across the network, base teams, FRMS, rostering and training planning and delivery teams, and other ICC teams.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EASA regulations and EZY Alleviations, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Airline Operations within Crewing, Operations, or a Cabin Crew role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • High degree of personal flexibility and proactive approach to personal development
