ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, crew members, and suppliers
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including 20 holidays, bank holidays, and flexible working arrangements. Our office is located in London SE1 5JX, and we are committed to creating a positive work-life balance.
