Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Airline Business Development Manager, focusing on Northern Europe. This role involves building and supporting external and internal partnerships, functions, and strategy.

  • Responsibilities include contracting and negotiating airline content and commercials and performance.
  • You will work closely with internal departments to influence our market strategy for flights, leveraging your local market knowledge and experience.
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will develop and grow Local, Regional, and Global airline relationships.

Requirements

  • Frequent travel is required.
  • Independence and minimal supervision are necessary.
  • Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners is essential.
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives.
  • Analysing internal and external data to guide commercial decision-making is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of various content and markets served from Northern Europe is required.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of Travel Industry experience from airline/travel agency, distribution, and/or sales and marketing is necessary.
