We have four Customer Service Centres for Trip.com established in Japan, Korea, the UK, and the Philippines, providing 24/7 customer service in 19 different languages.

We are looking for a dynamic team member with a flights background to play a crucial role in building and supporting external and internal partnerships, functions, and strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute individual to join our team as an Airline Business Development Manager with a Northern Europe focused portfolio.

  • Responsibility for contracting and negotiating airline content and commercials and performance.
  • Working with internal departments, you will use local market knowledge and experience to influence our market strategy for flights.
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing Local, Regional, and Global airline relationships.
Salary

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Role involves building and maintaining relationships with key airline partners. You will work closely with internal departments to drive commercial objectives and develop initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 4-5 years of Travel Industry experience from airline/travel agency, distribution, and/or sales and marketing.
  2. Experience working with internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives.
  3. Ability to analyze internal and external data to guide commercial decision-making.
  4. Knowledgeable of a wide variety of content and markets served from Northern Europe.
