International Sales Manager

Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach that prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential e-commerce clients through various channels (networking, online research, industry events, etc.)
- Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our international parcel delivery services
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both client expectations and company revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2C sales, with a focus on new business development
- Experience selling international shipping, logistics, or e-commerce solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
