Job Description

The Internal Provision Manager will oversee the daily operations of a robust and supportive Alternative Provision Hub, catering to students who require additional support due to challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day provision of a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.
  2. Coordinate support packages to help students overcome barriers to learning and improve their behaviour.
  3. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Behaviour Committee to achieve the goals of the Alternative Provision Hub.

The successful candidate will have strong behavioural management skills and be able to diffuse difficult situations effectively.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
