Youth Development Programme Facilitator

We are recruiting for a Youth Development Programme Facilitator to join our team in Lowestoft. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sessional sports coaches and contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of sports opportunities.
About the Role:- Manage a team of sessional sports coaches
- Facilitate and lead community sports activity
- Contribute towards planning, preparation, and delivery of sports opportunities
- Implement and maintain a system of recording and interpreting data
- Contribute towards fundraising.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can contribute to the success of our programme.
Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus 28 days annual leave and a pension scheme with matching contributions of up to 4%.
