Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to all incoming leads, providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate outbound calls to end users, discussing our products and identifying their needs to drive sales growth.
- Build rapport with both new and existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Support the account management team by facilitating referrals and other sales opportunities.
- You must have strong communication skills and be able to quickly and efficiently close sales opportunities.
- A strong grasp of CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- You will work from 8am - 5pm for 5 days a week.
You excel in a team-oriented environment, treating colleagues with the highest respect. With a knack for communication, you possess the ability to listen, understand, and act on customers' needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission. Fantastic company benefits include competitive salary, 23 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays, provision of company lunches 4 days per week, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
