Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled team leader or existing manager looking for a new challenge in a great team environment with supportive management.

Working Hours

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturday from 08:30 to 17:00, with a day off during the week.

Sunday is a trading day from 10:00 to 16:00, so you will work two Sundays per month.

About the Role

Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a range of benefits that make this an attractive package for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service interactions.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
