We are seeking an Automotive Service Team Lead to join our team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited on a permanent basis.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As an Autocentre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of automotive professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining centre cleanliness, and increasing sales of products and services.

Your responsibilities will also include recruiting and interviewing employees, liaising with head office and other departments, supporting other centres, and identifying training needs for employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or existing Manager looking for a new challenge in a great team environment with supportive management.
