As a Senior Care Team Lead at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. With kindness as our core value, we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows our residents to live their best possible lives.

The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, and life assurance cover.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of the care provided, building strong relationships with colleagues and residents, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You will be expected to lead a team of Care Assistants and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for providing high-quality care. You will also need to be able to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know how to report concerns.
