Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Care Assistant and be passionate about coaching and supporting new carers. This role involves working closely with the office team to ensure seamless recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Career Development: Ensure all carers receive comprehensive training, enabling them to provide exceptional care services.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the branch team to conduct regular audits and spot checks, ensuring adherence to high standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Reviews: Conduct thorough risk assessments and meet with customers to review care plans, guaranteeing personalized support.
  • Team Support: Assist with on-call duties, providing vital support to the branch team when needed.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant who is eager to progress their career. Our Field Care Supervisors enjoy a varied role, interacting with customers in the field and supporting the office team. In return, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light Card.
