We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Team Lead and Manager to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited.

Our organisation has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and developing new initiatives to improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the care team in delivering high-quality services to children, families, and young people.
- To develop and implement new initiatives to improve client outcomes.
- To ensure seamless collaboration with other departments.
Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Significant experience in social work practice, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
Salary Range: £48,401.60 - £53,996.80 per annum.
