Job Description:
Prioritise tasks, manage workload, and maintain accurate records of team performance and progress. Develop plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed to enhance efficiency and productivity. Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across different departments to ensure cohesive service delivery. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support staff development and growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the field of social care. Analyse data and reports to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Participate in recruitment, selection, and induction processes to ensure the right talent is attracted and retained. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing teams and leading change initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications in leadership, management, or social care. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the field of social care. Experience working with diverse populations and communities. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
