About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Work Practice Manager to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality social work practice across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver excellent care services to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and client outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Social Work or a related field (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree).
  • Proven experience in social work practice management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
