Job Title: Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a Care Manager, you will play a key role in supporting families experiencing complex difficulties and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities:
Implementing parenting interventions and supporting parents to develop the skills necessary to rear their children
Supporting families with daily living tasks, attending appointments and activities
Having a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
Mentor and develop less experienced staff

Requirements:
Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or relevant qualification
Management qualification preferred
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Stay calm under pressure and work flexibly
Leadership qualities and experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced staff

Salary: £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month)
