About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at MacIntyre, where we celebrate and develop everyone's unique gifts, talents, and contributions.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, as well as develop rotas and work with the Frontline Manager to ensure high standards of practice.

You will also be responsible for supervising a small staff team, leading by example, and identifying training needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
