About the Role



We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ash Tree House. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.



Your Responsibilities





  • Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care

  • Planning and implementing personalized care plans for our residents

  • Providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities

  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

  • Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
