About the Role:

Community Integrated Care is seeking caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Wigan. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with an individual with learning disabilities, mobility, and cerebral palsy, providing support and enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities
