We're looking for a Personalised Support Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, while also promoting independence and dignity.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, and life assurance cover.

You will work closely with our residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop individualised care plans that promote their physical and mental wellbeing. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for providing high-quality care. You will also need to be able to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know how to report concerns.
