About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support with employee relations and engagement initiatives, including organizing staff training and development programs.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
