The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team, reporting to the Operations and Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including contract administration, employee onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview arrangements and candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as events and training sessions.
- Process employee reference checks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the People team and Resource Scheduling team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
