Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- HR Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR documentation, including contracts, employee files, and policy updates.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up employee folders, induction checklists, and benefits enrollment.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and supporting the administration of job postings.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including supporting policy reviews and updates.
- Employee Communications: Provide excellent communication and customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Education and Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of HR systems and technologies.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
