Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Systems Development Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Clinical Systems Development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Waters' Clinical and IVD Systems, Hardware and Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test clinical systems and software.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical systems development and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
