About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at our Care UK care home in Wilmslow. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing inspiring leadership to our nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
  • Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments

About You:

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change and has a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise. You will be well-versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will also be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
