Job Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Aesthetic Coordinator to join our team at the Alderley Edge clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service throughout their time in the clinic.

Your role will centre around ensuring a seamless patient experience, managing reception duties, and working closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit
  • Manage medical consent forms and filing
  • Talk through at-home beauty devices and skincare options with patients
  • Process payments and book treatments
  • Follow up on treatment leads and assist with clinic coordination
  • Act as a key holder and point of authority when the clinic manager is unavailable

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a luxury setting is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the beauty/aesthetics industry is beneficial
  • Passion for delivering quality customer service
