Clinical Nursing Specialist in Breast Care

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Breast Care team at The Wilmslow Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic and evidence-based care to patients in the breast cancer pathway.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide leadership and clinical expertise.
- Oversee and coordinate patient care, applying knowledge and skills to personalise the patient pathway.
- Act as a patient advocate, utilising effective communication skills and working within a team.
- Participate in health promotion, service development, and staff mentorship and education.
About Our Hospital
We diagnose and treat a range of conditions using advanced technology, including a 3T MRI scanner and state-of-the-art laminar flow operating theatres.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- NMC registered Nurse.
- Post-basic qualification in oncology +/- breast cancer care or willingness to train.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Level 2 psychological skills training as per recognised course or working towards.
- Experience of teaching.
