Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our care team at Brookview Care Home in Alderley Edge.
As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care and supporting the independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coupling your clinical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to coach and guide the team, provide formal and informal teaching programs, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
- Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams and contributing to CQC tasks.
- The ability to build connections with residents and their families, offering kindness, support, and care.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £19.81 - £23.18 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities, plus breaks paid.
You will also receive a welcome bonus of £1,000 and enjoy flexible working arrangements, including 12-hour permanent night contracts and 0-hour bank contracts.
