Experienced A&E Nurse Required

We are recruiting experienced A&E nurses to support an NHS trust in Cheshire. Our recruitment consultants work with you and your availability to provide flexible work opportunities across weekdays, weekends, days, and nights.
- Essential:
- Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
- Relevant Nursing qualifications
- 6 months recent experience A&E RGN/ITU RGN
- 2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Assist patients with their activities of daily living
- Regular assessment and monitoring of patient's vital signs
- Perform different types of observations and use of different monitoring systems
- Administer medication
- Care for patient receiving invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Prioritise care
- Recognise patient deterioration and timely escalation of care
- Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team, patients, and relatives
- Work as part of a team
- Make appropriate referrals
- Keep accurate and timely patient records
- Work under pressure
- Problem solving
- Follow local policies and procedures
- Prepare patient for discharge or transfer to other departments
