Clinic Manager Opportunity


At Optical Express Group, we are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Wilmslow clinic, providing both Optical and Aesthetic services.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic, ensuring financial performance, and upholding high standards of audit, policies, and medical governance.


We offer a generous basic salary, industry-leading bonuses, a pension, and 29 days of holiday, as well as opportunities for personal development.


The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least three years of management experience in the Optical, Private Health, Beauty, Hospitality, Retail, or Service sectors.


Key skills include people management, budgetary management, and a good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.

Requirements



  • Education to degree level.
  • At least three years of management experience in the Optical, Private Health, Beauty, Hospitality, Retail, or Service sectors.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Experience of budgetary management.
  • A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
  • Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.

About the Role


This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota.


Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring your clinic achieves financial performance.
