Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Manager for a Children's Residential home in Styal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sector and experience of managing residential homes.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and developing therapeutic care plans. You will also lead and manage a staff team, conduct regular training and reflection sessions, and implement plans for all children.

Salary and Benefits

The package includes an annual salary of £55,000 - £70,000, bonus for good and outstanding Ofsted ratings, regular training and reflection sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
  • Level 5 qualification
  • 2 years of experience working in a residential setting
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Therapeutic approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure
