Clinical Leadership Opportunity

At Care UK, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager. In this role, you will provide exceptional leadership to our nursing and care colleagues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in overseeing the delivery of clinical and pastoral care
  • Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the development of care plans and conducting regular audits of practices and procedures
  • Leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) qualification
  • Experience in care planning and clinical assessment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and promoting resident-centered care
