About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK's Long Stone Manor in Wilmslow, Cheshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, and overseeing the delivery of clinical and pastoral care. You will be the home's nurse expert, utilising your nursing skills, managerial, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.

You will focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring that you conform to the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions, and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance. You will regularly audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and offer personalised centred care.

About You

We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) who is well-versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families.
