Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Clinical Systems Development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a clinical or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
