Job Summary

Waters is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead complex, business-critical programs with significant impact on our Clinical product roadmap and business. This role will oversee globally and functionally diverse project teams to develop instrumentation, software, and consumables for the In-Vitro Diagnostics LC/MS market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed implementation and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with functional leadership.
  • Lead a team of project managers, hire and develop project management talent.
  • Prepare and report status updates to senior leadership and the Executive Committee of Waters.

Requirements

  • LC/MS and IVD industry experience, including participation and/or leadership of significant projects leading to successful product launches.
  • Proven track record as a successful program leader in instrumentation, consumable, and software development.
  • Experience managing teams through long, complex program implementations, proven leadership skills, and ability to lead and develop talent.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Minimum of an Advanced degree (PhD, M.in a Life Science, Med Tech, MBA or equivalent).
