Job Title: Senior Director, R&D Program Management

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our R&D Program Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering complex programs that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive program delivery and business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful program execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program managers and team members to ensure successful program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize program opportunities and risks.
  • Advanced degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or life sciences.
