Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Program Manager to lead our global supply chain transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale supply chain operations programs and projects, with a proven track record of driving process transformations and implementing ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global supply chain transformation roadmaps, objectives, and metrics/targets
  • Collaborate with global capability teams and site leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Establish and implement program management practices and tools to improve project execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Present outcomes, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify, address, and report risks and critical issues to relevant leaders and steering committees

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale supply chain operations programs and projects
  • Experience driving supply chain process transformations and implementing ERP systems
  • Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries
  • Results-oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading complex programs in Jira
