Lead a Multidisciplinary Team in Healthcare

As the Head of Adult Care, you will have the opportunity to lead a highly motivated and innovative team in delivering exceptional patient care to women in a closed category prison. Your role will involve embedding a culture of high performance, continuous progression, and innovation, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services, including primary care nursing clinics, GP clinics, and substance misuse services. This will involve managing and monitoring service level agreements, ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered to.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, enhancing your managerial and nursing skills, and gaining new knowledge daily. You will be part of a team that delivers an integrated model of healthcare, providing a range of primary care, sexual health, and screening services, and substance misuse services.

As a registered CQC Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations using continuous improvement methodologies. You will work alongside colleagues from the Quality department to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

This role offers an attractive relocation payment of up to £8000. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, supporting balance in your working life.
