Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Priory Healthcare as an Operations Roster Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing ward rosters for Nurses & HCA's, including booking overtime, bank workers and agency workers to ensure shifts are safely staffed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all the wards in the hospital
  • Ensuring permanent employees are rostered a minimum 4-6 weeks in advance
  • Obtaining Bank worker availability
  • Site liaison for temporary agency bookings
  • Ensuring all hours are updated on the system in line with payroll

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Good standard of general education with GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
  • NVQ level 4 or equivalent in Business Management
  • Competent in the use of software including Microsoft office
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a standalone role
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment and demonstrable experience of managing own workload in this environment.
