Workforce Operations Manager

This role is a great opportunity to join Priory Healthcare as a Workforce Operations Manager. Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services (DoCS), you will be responsible for managing the ward rosters for Nurses & HCA's, including booking overtime, bank workers and agency workers to ensure shifts are safely staffed.
Main Responsibilities- Ensuring that the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all the wards in the hospital.
- Ensuring permanent employees are rostered a minimum 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Obtain Bank worker availability.
- Sites liaison for temporary agency bookings.
- Ensure all hours are updated on the system in line with payroll.
Priory Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider with a wide range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, rehab and recovery. Our Grade II listed hospital building is set in extensive grounds, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of Bristol, with free on-site parking.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good standard of general education with GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
- NVQ level 4 or equivalent in Business Management.
- Competent in the use of software including Microsoft office.
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working in a standalone role.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment and demonstrable experience of managing own workload in this environment.
