The Cheshire and Wirral Community Wellbeing Alliance is working together to revolutionize community mental health services, providing holistic, person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs and supporting them to live a full and meaningful life.

Health and social care professionals work tirelessly to provide the best care for people. The Cheshire and Wirral Community Wellbeing Alliance will create easier access to complementary support in communities, addressing wider factors impacting on people's mental and physical health and wellbeing, such as housing support, debt and finance advice, physical exercise, community interest activities, and employment support.

The Alliance's vision is for individuals to be at the heart of all that we do, shaping care and opportunities around the needs in the community.

We will strive to prevent mental health crises and ensure that anyone in need has access to the right care at the right time in their own community.

Main Duties of the Job

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in this time of exciting transformation, to help us realise the vision to provide person-centred care and support in the right place at the right time for the Cheshire and Wirral communities that we serve.

The Central and East Administration Service, based in the Community Mental Health Team Crewe, is looking for a Band 2 Administrative Support Officer who can help make this transformation a reality.

The successful candidate will be part of a busy administration team that is part of the community mental health team. The supporting information section in your application should therefore reflect your understanding of the Trust's Values and associated behaviours. You will be expected to provide us with examples from work experience and/or personal life which demonstrate these values through your behaviour.

Person Specification
  • NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent/or relevant administration experience
Knowledge and Expertise
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act
Experience
  • Typing experience
  • Experience of dealing with the public on the telephone and face to face
