Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our work-from-home administration team at EA Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, screening telephone calls, and preparing outgoing email and correspondence.
We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, providing all necessary equipment and training to operate in a remote office.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Greet company contacts in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Attend Zoom meetings to take detailed minutes.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and responsibility.
- Assist with specialized and sensitive reports.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as personal computers, facsimile machines, copiers, and adding machines.
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
- Demonstrates commitment by maintaining a consistent and dependable work schedule.
- Prioritizes tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Reads and interprets documents, writes routine reports and correspondence.
- Communicates effectively with customers and employees.
- Identifies and addresses existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities.
- Anticipates needs and responds to situations in a responsible manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, anticipating, identifying, and defining problems while searching for solutions.
- Detail-oriented, monitoring and checking work or information, and planning and organizing times and resources efficiently.
Based on experience, this position pays £18.50+ per hour.
