Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a clinical lead to join our team as a clinical nurse specialist. As a member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our services, leading by example and mentoring colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role
The clinical nurse specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and planning of patient care, implementing effective interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care, ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in a specialist area of clinical practice, contributing to the advancement of nursing knowledge and skills.
- Lead by example, mentoring and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that support safe and effective care.

Requirements
- NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
- Evidence of post-registration education and training in a relevant specialist area.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

Working Arrangements
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
