Financial Management Specialist
At KPI Recruiting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Financial Management Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up on overdue invoices and address any related issues as needed
- Utilize systems like Tradex for efficient invoice uploads
- Oversee credit card and employee expense management
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation
- Prepare VAT returns and other necessary tax documentation
- Support compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Requirements:
- AAT qualification
- Experience using Xero accounting system
- Understanding of ISO standards, including 9001 and 14001
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and clients
- Experience using Excel for managing multiple spreadsheets and summaries
- Knowledge of generating financial status reports for management
