About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SMarter Recruitment. As a key member of our Care Desk, you will be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment services to our clients nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a Care environment, preferably in the Health or Social Care sectors. You will be responsible for working within the Care Recruitment desk and team, managing accounts, searching for candidates, advertising vacancies, and filling Care Worker shifts on our internal shift booking system.

You will also be responsible for candidate Right to Work compliance, administration, and reference requests. Additionally, you will be required to organise inductions and registrations, interview candidates, and communicate with agency, client, and candidate.

We are looking for someone who is able to work in a team, take responsibility, communicate effectively, and manage their own workload. You will be required to work towards set targets, be organised, and have attention to detail.

We offer a competitive bonus structure paid on a quarterly basis, on top of your basic salary. Our office hours are between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
