Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a well-established nursing home in the UK. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care to clients
- Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments
- Develop and maintain client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Uphold integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
- Supervise and guide junior staff members, providing support and training as needed
Requirements:
- Be an RGN with a valid NMC pin
- Experience working within a nursing home
