Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users to enhance their well-being.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes for service users.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this position.
  • Candidates must hold current DBS clearance on the update service.
  • At least one year of experience in social care is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
  • A calm and empathetic demeanor is crucial for building trust with service users.
  • Dedication, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results are essential qualities for this position.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People is desirable but not mandatory; we prioritize a candidate’s ability to connect with service users over formal qualifications.

Salary Range: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
