Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • You must have current DBS clearance on the update service.
  • Prior experience in social care, preferably within the last year, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact effectively with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders.
  • A non-judgmental and calm demeanor is crucial in building trust with service users.
  • You should possess a can-do attitude, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • While a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People is desirable, it is not essential; we place greater emphasis on your personality and ability to connect with service users.
