About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Leek Building Society. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and award-winning organization that prioritizes customer service and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure that all mortgage enquiries are prequalified in line with our Retail Credit Risk Policy, resulting in high-quality mortgage appointments for Qualified Mortgage Advisers (QMAs).
  • Effective management of QMAs diaries to maximize available mortgage timeslots.
  • Management of the Society's mortgage retention process to achieve customer retention level objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Direct Sales Team Manager and QMAs, including monitoring completions and sending welcome letters on their behalf.
  • Offer administrative and telephone support to other teams within the Director of Lending's remit.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, diary management, and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of the house-buying process and mortgages.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
  • Good all-round IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
