About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social skills
  • Participating in therapeutic activities and interventions
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a residential childcare environment (preferred)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends
